REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Welcome to the 2017-18 school year!  San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) offers the option of online registration for all students enrolled in an SBCUSD high school.  The process is quick and easy.  Simply sign on to your Aeries ABI Internet Parent Portal to confirm that you have read all re-registration documents. After confirming, please print, sign, and return the Final Data Confirmation form along with the first three forms listed below to your student’s high school on his/her registration day.  In the event you forgot your password, please click on the ‘forgot password’ button. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.  Families in need of internet access are welcome to stop by their student’s high school to complete this speedy process. 

SBCUSD families are also welcome to choose from two other options: the first option involves reviewing all the forms included on the registration webpages and completing the High School Registration General Purpose Data Sheet II included in your registration packet (reviewing and completing the data sheet prior to registration day will save time on the actual day of registration); a second option is to complete and sign all required forms on the day of registration.

The following four (4) documents must be returned to your student’s high school on his/her registration day:

  1. Parent Involvement Policy and Home/School Compact signature form English & Spanish (Provided in packet)
  2. Student Removal/Emergency Card and General Release (BU-5)  (Provided in packet)
  3. Lunch Application--only if you are not completing the application online -http://onlinemealapp.sbcusd.com/. (Directions)
  4. Signed and dated Final Data Confirmation form printed from Parent Portal--OR--High School Registration General Purpose Data Sheet II (Scantron) (Provided in packet)-the documents will be kept on file for the 2017-18 school year to confirm that you have read and accepted or declined the information posted in the Parent Portal or on the Scantron regarding:

This packet is not to be considered as the entire registration packet. Additional information may be requested at your student’s school.

All students, including seniors, must plan to have their picture taken at registration for their ID badges. ID badges are to be worn everyday by both students and staff members of all high schools in the San Bernardino City Unified School District.

In order for us to communicate with you easily it is important that we have your current information in the Aeries ABI Internet Parent Portal. If you have moved, please contact your student’s high school registrar’s office in order to update the information after you have provided proof of residence. We look forward to making your registration experience a positive one for the 2017-18 school year.
